  I love the chicken here. The location is convenient...the staff is friendly and respectful. There is a little wait time but I don't mind as long as my food is fresh and hot.
  
  The biscuits and dirty rice are really good. Sometimes I just order that. I don't like sweet potato pie however I'll eat theirs. Not too sweet...flaky crust.

  I work at a dealership and with the last day of the month, getting away is almost impossible. A co-worker of mine was able to run over and bring us back some lunch using the drive through. When he returned, we noticed we were missing the sides for all 3 meals and the sauces. I called up and spoke with Karen who was very apologetic. She ended up bringing us our sides, sauces, and an added bonus was their new cinnamon biscuit things. That was a very nice gesture which they did not have to do.
  
  I recommend this location.

  Food is good. Wait is loooooong. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes behind 3 cars for a biscuit. Need to get it together if they want to stay around next door to Chic Fil A. No clue how they actually got my order right...the bag had the wrong receipt.

  First time we ordered was after they opened. Screwed up our order and no one would pick up the phone when I called trying to fix it. Let it go because it is a new store.
  
  Second time we ordered. Missing items again and had to drive back up there.
  
  Third time... Tonight.... Missing items again and the phone still rings and no one picks up. My mother had to stop on her way home to pick up the missing item AND she has to Communicate to them with me on the phone so I can explain our situation.
  
  Something wrong? Don't try calling because either they don't want to answer the phone or their phone doesn't work.
  
  People have always been nice, don't get me wrong, but their attention to detail (though I would imagine missing a whole side on is a large detail....) is terrible.
  
  After tonight I am pretty much done with this location. At this point there isn't an excuse.
  
  Edit to add: they did not apologize for messing up the order And the coleslaw wasn't even filled all the way up. It was barely filled halfway....
