  Longhorn is my absolute favorite steakhouse. The one in Carrollton Ga is the one we normally go to. We went to the one in Newnan and it was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had at a Longhorn. The place smells bad as soon as you walk in the door. My Flo's filet was brought out bleeding literally when I wanted it medium. After 3 tries on the same steak I finally just accepted it and ate it. It was tough from multiple tries on the grill. The asparagus was supposed to be grilled but was steamed and rubbery. Then the stampede(which I assumed couldn't be messed up) had melting ice cream and was a puddle by the time we made it halfway through the dessert. Floors were filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. Paper towels spilling over into the floor because nobody was checking it and the floor in front of all the urinals was covered and I mean covered in urine. The waitress was very nice and did a good job but obviously this location needs a major cleaning and the sour smelling carpet ripped up and something different done. The Management here needs to be re trained on cleanliness or either corporate needs to remind them how to run the restaurant like it is supposed to be ran. The people were nice but the restaurant was terrible. I still love Longhorn and that is why I am saying all this. Clean it up!

  Nice place, nice restrooms. Very expensive but that is common at longhorn so I am not considering that in my review. Staff is a little slow most of the time. Food is great. Clean restrooms.
