  When my boyfriend and i first got there there were two people infront of us that were waiting for over 30 minutes and they still did not get their coffee. One lady asked for her money back and one of the workers had a little attitude about it. The other waited another 10 minutes before she got her coffee. The time we were there the workers were talking and goofing off and not doing their job. We waited there for 20 minutes and he finally tells us that the chocolate was out, we asked for our money back. I was going to wait for my coffee so we waited another 5 minutes and he tells us the coffee was out, this is very unprofessional and i will not be returning....

  Do not know how to make the drink I order its always different. Its a green tea latte. There is few employees that even know what your talking about when you try to customize an order. Ive been there and they had look up how to make it.. they need people with more expierence I drive 10 minutes up the road now so I can get my drink made right.
